Delivery terms & order tracking
Delivery conditions
Goods are sent to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania.
Orders placed by 14:00 on weekdays, Monday to Friday, will be posted to the parcel machine on the same day between 15:30 and 19:00. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be posted on Monday.
Shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 1-5 working days from the time the order is dispatched.
Shipments ordered to Latvia or Lithuania generally arrive at the specified destination within 3-7 working days from the time the order is dispatched.
The speed of delivery depends on the delivery partner’s parcel machines’ emptying times, which means that a parcel posted on the same day may not arrive at the delivery partner’s premises until the next working morning.
The ordered goods can be picked up from a parcel machine convenient for the customer.
Free delivery
Estonia: For orders of €99 or more, domestic parcel service is FREE.
Latvia/Latvia: For orders of 159€ or more, the parcel service is FREE.
For orders that have been subject to a free delivery charge and where the delivery method selected is “Pick-up”, the transport charge cannot be deducted from the final price.
You received the wrong product/size/colour or the product is missing.
If you have received the wrong product, size, colour or an item is missing from your order, please contact info@lilzkids.ee.
Our online shop always informs customers before an order is dispatched if a product is out of stock. After notification, we will be sure to refund the missing product. If there is neither a notification nor a refund, it means that we have made a mistake in the bundling and are not aware of it.
The price list for parcel machines, regardless of the size of the parcel and the times for emptying the machines:

Parcel delivery Jüri Grossipoe Unisend
Orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays, Monday to Friday, can be picked up the same day at the Unisend parcel machine in Jüri Grossipoe. A delivery notification will be sent to the phone number indicated with the order. Orders will be dispatched between approximately 15:00 and 18:00.
Price: 1.25€
I’ll follow you myself – Until 28.02.2026 it is not possible to pick up orders on site. Orders can be directed to the Unisent parcel shop in Jüri Grossipoe (1.25€). Sorry for the inconvenience!
By prior arrangement, you can come and pick up your order at the Lilz Kids showroom, located at:
Vana-Aaviku tee 11, Vana-Aaviku tee 11, Aaviku, Rae vald, Harjumaa, 75305.
Lilz kids showroom opening hours: Until 28.02.2026 it is not possible to pick up orders on site. Until 28.28.2013, orders can be directed to the Unisent parcel shop in Jüri Grossipoe (1.25€). Sorry for the inconvenience!

Order tracking
If you have chosen to have your e-shop order delivered to a parcel machine, we will send you an email after the order has been posted with the headline “Your order on Lilz Kids has been fulfilled”. At the bottom of the email, you will find an active tracking code that will take you to the Montonio.com tracking page where you can conveniently track the status of your shipment.
