Conditions of sale

The owner of the online shop www.lilzkids.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop) is Lilz kids OÜ (registration code 16333063), located at Aaviku tee 3-1 Jüri alevik, Rae parish, Harjumaa.

Validity of the sales contract, commercial and price information

The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop.

The prices of the products sold in the online shop are indicated with the products.

The price of the product is subject to a delivery charge.

The delivery charge depends on the delivery method.

The delivery charge will be displayed to the buyer when placing the order.

All prices of goods sold in the online shop are in euro.

VAT of 24% applies to the price of the product (including transport).

Information about the goods is provided on the Online Shop directly next to the goods.

Placing an order

To order, you must add the products you want to your shopping cart. In order to place an order, you must fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods in Estonian banks:

Payments are intermediated by Montonio Finance UAB. Payment is made outside the Online Shop in a secure environment – in the case of payment by bank transfer in the secure environment of the respective bank and in the case of payment by credit card in the secure environment of Montonio Finance UAB. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details. The contract enters into force as from the date of receipt of the amount due in the account of the Online Shop.

The owner of the online shop is the controller of the personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor Montonio Finance UAB.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to expiry of the delivery period or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days after the notification.

Delivery to

Goods will be shipped to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania

The buyer has the following options for picking up the goods: Smartposti, Unisend, DPD, Omniva parcel machines.

The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed with the shipping method.

Shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 1-5 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.

Consignments ordered to Latvia or Lithuania will generally reach their destination within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.

During national holidays, there will be no parcel delivery in the Online Shop and delivery partners (Smartposti, Unisend, DPD, Omniva) will be on holiday.

Delivery times may be extended on public holidays (including the preceding period).

Right of withdrawal

After receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online shop within 14 days by means of a withdrawal form. The 14-day withdrawal period starts to run from the day when the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer has physically taken possession of the goods (LOA § 56(11)), or in the case of an online shop, from the moment of withdrawal of the package from the dispenser.

In order to exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods ordered may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in the same way as is allowed for testing the goods in a physical shop.

The returned product must be unworn, with price tags (not removed from the product) and with the packaging around the product (e.g. a box for footwear).

The packaging of the returned product (e.g. the box in the case of footwear) must not be dirty or otherwise damaged. For damaged boxes, 5€ will be deducted from the amount to be returned. Damaged boxes do not include slight damage that may occur during transport, but severely damaged boxes that are bruised, marked or otherwise soiled.

The returned product must not have been worn, soiled or washed, i.e. it must retain the characteristics of a new and unused product. The product must also be kept away from tobacco smoke or other substances that may add odour to the product.

Products such as: underwear, socks, tights and swimwear cannot be returned, as the conditions of hygiene of these products cannot be checked by the Online Shop.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if the goods show signs of use or wear, the Online Shop has the right to reduce the refundable fee in accordance with the reduction in the value of the goods or the right not to take back the goods.

In order to return the goods, you must fill in a‘Withdrawal Form‘ no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. wrong or defective product).

If the buyer has deliberately purchased a defective product from the “Finding Corner” category of the online shop, the postage is not refundable if the product is not suitable, because the buyer was aware of the defects before the purchase.

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that he has handed them over to the carrier within the above period.

Upon receipt of the goods to be returned, the online shop will immediately, but not later than 14 days after the receipt of the cancellation notice, return to the buyer all the payments received from the buyer under the contract.

The online shop may refuse to make a refund until it has received the goods covered by the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Online Shop, the Online Shop is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the cost of the usual delivery method.

The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online shop is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.

It is not possible to exchange goods purchased from the online shop, but to make a new purchase, as it is not possible to guarantee that the product is in stock at the time of exchange.

When returning the goods, the product must be returned:

The product to be returned must be wrapped around the product so that it cannot be damaged during delivery.

The mandatory information required by the delivery partners must be written on the returned parcel to prevent the product from being lost. No refunds will be made for lost products, but the customer must submit a claim to the relevant delivery partner (Omniva, DPD, Smartposti, Unisend, Venipak).

The returned parcel must include the number of the returned order. Failure to include a returned purchase order number may extend the refund period for the returned product.
